You must be at least 13 years old to use Ascension Path. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access.
Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Virtual currencies (Arcane Gems) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Entitlements are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
You agree not to: • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software • Harass, abuse, or harm other players • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with game systems • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages • Impersonate other players or staff
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. Serious violations (cheating, fraud) may result in permanent bans without prior notice.
All game content, assets, and code are the intellectual property of Ascension Path and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for personal use.
We may modify, update, or discontinue game features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of major changes.
Ascension Path is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
